Ski World LLC Online return policy.
Ski World LLC is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
We want customers to be able to return products that they
don't want, don't like, or did not mean to buy. That said,
we do incur costs for each return in handing and
restocking time. Therefore, we charge a 10% restocking fee
on all items returned for refund.
Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or
store credit within 21 days
or refund within 5 days of shipment receive date. If you
need to return an item please contact us at ask@skiworldorlando.com for
an RMA number and start the return shipment.
For items that we shipped as ordered, shipping charges are
non-refundable. This includes items shipped under our free
shipping promotion - the actual shipping charges will be
listed on the receipt and will be subtracted from the
refund.
While we would certainly appreciate your business, if you
feel that a restocking fee would not be acceptable in the
event you want to return a non-defective product to us,
please do not make the purchase. In addition to the
restocking fee (which will be deducted from your refund),
shipping and return shipping expenses are not refundable
under any circumstance unless we ship you the incorrect
product. In the event we send the wrong item, we will send
the correct one to you at our expense and also reimburse
you for your return shipping of the incorrect product.
Please follow the steps below for
faster exchange or refund and keep in mind it may take up
to two weeks
after receiving of product for your exchange or refund to
be processed.
1.
Include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Include a name and contact number to reach you if
needed.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and
unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Indicate your preference of refund or exchange. If
exchanging,
please let us know what size and/or color you would like.
The
returned product must be unused, undamaged and repackaged
in all of the original packaging, with all instructions,
parts and accessories included in order to qualify for a
refund or exchange.
Items
that are missing packaging, parts or accessories or
returned more than 5 days after the received date or items
that are damaged will not be accepted for refund.
Items
that are missing packaging, parts or accessories or
returned more than 21 days after the received date or
items that are damaged will not be accepted for exchange
or store credit.
